You will attain a nationally recognised RBIT Statement of Attainment listing the completed units of study:

 

SITHFAB204 Prepare and serve espresso coffee +

SITXFSA101 Use hygienic practices for food safety.

 

 

  • Prerequisites: Completion of Intermediate Training Course

  • Duration: Tuesday or Friday. Tuition & Practice (9 am ~ 4 pm)

  • Course credit: Unit competency

  • Fee: $250

  • People who would like to take their barista skills to the next level 

  • People who want to learn more advanced barista tecniques

 

 

In this session, we look at what's involved in the production of great coffee from producing countries all the way to the cafe.Our focus is on the origin, harvesting, processing, roasting and equipment have on the end result.Designed to empower you with knowledge, develop your palate and fine tune your skills, this course is a great tool for managers as well as coffee enthusiasts.

  2. Advanced use and maintainance of Espresso Machine

  3. Advanced Coffee Art Techniques

  4. Create your own coffee art designs

  5. Work experience in a Café

  6. Train how to take orders and use advanced POS system

  7. Cleaning and maintenance of equipment

  8. Reference to Workforce

 

Cancellation policy

 

Due to the small numbers in our classes, we are unable to refund monies for students who do not turn up for coffee classesor decide at a later date after booking that that they do not want to attend. Changes to class times are allowed, but not within 48 hoursof the class commencing.
